Faustone Valve Klipper Model Overdrive Pedal Effect, c. 2012, made in Spain, white enamel finish, steel. The Valve Klipper is a 100% tube unit based on the early ‘70s Laney Klipp and late 60's Plexi preamps.

The Valve Klipper adds two gain stages to your pre-amp, providing true tube saturation. Unlike other tube pedals, the Valve Klipper works at real tube voltages and has a dedicated power supply. The unit uses a standard IEC Cord (not included) & 115V/230V switch on the pedal allows worldwide compatibility.

The two 12AX7's are located inside a dedicated compartment, isolated from the rest of the circuit to help lower any interaction with external electromagnetic fields for a quieter performance. They're accessible by removing a screwable lid at the top of the unit, which also allows ventilation and prevents accidental user manipulation.
