Gibson BR-6 Lap Steel Electric Guitar , c. 1949

Gibson BR-6 Model Lap Steel Electric Guitar, c. 1949, made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, sunburst top, dark stained back and sides finish, mahogany body and neck.

Overall length is 32 in. (81.3 cm.), 8 3/16 in. (20.8 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 5/8 in. (4.1 cm.) deep. Scale length is 23 in. (584 mm.). All original with some finish wear and a very light dusting of tiny white paint spots(!) which is not very noticeable. Sounds great! Excellent Condition.
