You can contact us via email, phone or fax to inquire about purchasing
an item, leave a deposit, or ask about our repair and appraisal services.
A 10% deposit will hold any item for 48 hours, with a total deposit refund
policy should you decide to not purchase the piece.

Payments
We
have chosen not to use an online system for accepting orders as we have
found
that
vintage instruments and collectibles usually
require more attention than "click and ship" can provide. If
you would like to pay by credit card, secure payments can be made online
through PayPal (payment email account paypal@musurgia.com). Personal checks
are accepted, but must clear our bank before we will send an instrument.
Cashiers checks and Money Orders are also accepted as a cash payment with
no waiting period.

Shipping
and Terms
We ship
instruments and other items on a 48 hour approval basis. Shipping charges
and taxes are not
included in the prices listed. Mail order shipments within New York are
subject to sales tax of 8.375%. Shipments out of state are not subject
to NY city and state tax, although he buyer assumes all other tax requirements
of their municipality. Before sending payment,
please call to confirm the instrument's availability and the cost of
shipment.
Returns
If you decide not to keep an instrument shipped to you, notify us by
telephone, fax or email within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll take note
to expect the return. Please ship it in the same carton via UPS, insured
for its full value. We will refund the price
of
the
instrument as soon as we receive it, provided it arrives in the condition
in which it left the shop. The customer is responsible for all shipping
charges.
